Located at the north terminus of Lynn Street off Broadwater Lane, the site is surrounded by single-family homes and vacant land, offering an ideal setting for residential growth. All units will be rent- and income-restricted to households earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income and will have a waiting-list preference for Veterans.

The development team includes Enclave Estates at Batesville, Limited Partnership as the Owner, with Garrison Community Development USA—a Texas-based nonprofit—holding a 10% ownership interest. The $11.9 million project is being financed through a combination of 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, a permanent mortgage, and deferred developer fees. Enclave Estates at Batesville will include a clubhouse with a community room, leasing office, and ample parking, along with in-unit amenities such as washers/dryers and energy-efficient features that meet or exceed ADFA’s design standards.

Developed by Domera Development, LLC, the project will bring 60 newly constructed townhome units to a vacant site near Freeway Lane and Dunwood Drive. Designed to serve non-elderly families, the mix of two- and three-bedroom units will be income-restricted for households earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income. The location—surrounded by single-family homes, open land, and with easy access to Interstate 40—offers both convenience and room for growth.

Stonebridge Pointe at Ponca City is a new construction project for the development of forty-seven (47) two-story townhouses designed to serve extremely low-, low-, and moderate-income households in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
The project is Rockwell Housing Solutions' first project serving as the Developer. Stonebridge Pointe at Ponca City, Limited Partnership is the Owner with Stonebridge Pointe Development at Ponca City GP, LLC as its managing general partner with Traci Williams as its Manager.
Stonebridge Pointe at Ponca City is a $10M project financed from an allocation of 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), a conventional mortgage, and a deferred developer fee.
The townhouse project includes common space for a clubhouse, two (2) barbeque grills and an outdoor covered seating area. Each unit is designed to include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and broadband internet connection. Exterior building facades will be primarily brick. The project has been designed with regard to energy efficiency and will be certified to a HERS score of 80 or better. Additionally, the project will meet or exceed all applicable federal, state, and local building codes, fair housing laws, and accessibility requirements.
