Rockwell Housing Solutions is an affordable housing development and consulting firm specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments and other complex affordable housing financing programs.

Founded in 2024, Rockwell provides practical, hands-on support throughout the development process—from early feasibility and competitive funding strategy through financing, agency coordination, development, and execution.

Rockwell’s approach is grounded in more than 15 years of real-world affordable housing experience and a strong understanding of both the financial and operational considerations that make developments successful for the long term.

About Traci Williams

Traci Williams is the founder and principal of Rockwell Housing Solutions.

Traci has more than 15 years of affordable housing experience spanning development, consulting, competitive funding applications, property operations, and project management. Throughout her career, she has worked on more than 35 successful affordable housing developments representing over 1,800 homes.

Her experience includes both new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation projects, with developments serving families, seniors, veterans, and other households in need of quality affordable housing.

Through Rockwell, Traci works with developers, housing organizations, and other partners to evaluate opportunities, develop competitive financing strategies, navigate complex funding programs, and move projects from concept toward completion.
