At Rockwell Housing Solutions, we specialize in affordable housing development and consulting, leveraging over 15 years of hands-on experience to guide clients through every phase of the process. From funding strategy and application preparation to ownership structuring and company branding, we provide strategic, actionable support tailored to each project’s unique goals.
Our team has a strong track record of securing competitive funding—ranging from LIHTC and AHP to HOME, NHTF, and other federal and state sources—and has contributed to the delivery of over 1,800 affordable housing units nationwide.
As of 2025, my experience includes over 35 successful affordable housing developments, spanning new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation. I have experience competing for LIHTC funding across 12 states and am always seeking opportunities to expand our impact and bring thoughtful, equity-driven solutions to communities in need.
